*

women*

The energy transition is just as diverse as the people shaping it. With women*, we want to make visible all those who feel they belong to the female spectrum. Regardless of their gender identity. In principle, we include all people who are perceived as women under the terms „woman“ and „women.“ To promote an intersectional approach, we use the asterisk to indicate this. The * stands for openness, inclusion and the recognition of lived diversity.

Women* = women and feminized people

Female* = women and feminized people
