Aline Pan

Aline Cristiane Pan has a Ph.D. in Photovoltaic Solar Energy from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and is a Professor and Researcher in the Energy Management Engineering Program at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Co-founder and General Coordinator of the Brazilian Network of Women in Solar Energy (Rede MESol). She is also a Guest Member of the Permanent Committee on Strategic Actions and Gender Equity Policies at CAPES/Ministry of Education, Advisor to the RS Solar Program, and Coordinator of the Research and Extension Group on Energy Transition at UFRGS.

With over 27 years of experience in renewable energy, she has supervised more than 40 students and published over 60 papers, contributing to advancing knowledge and training professionals in the energy sector.
