Javiera Aldunate is a strategic leader with a strong background in the energy sector and a passionate advocate for women’s leadership. As Executive Director of Promociona, she drives initiatives to increase female representation in senior roles. She led international energy policy at Chile’s Ministry of Energy and was Executive Director of the World Energy Council Chile. She also founded the Women in Energy-Chile program to promote gender equity in the industry.
