Mukwindi Uwineza Nicole

Mukwindi Uwineza Nicole is a Senior Engineer in Maintenance Planning at Rwanda Energy Group, specializing in energy generation within the Generation O&M department.

She holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rwanda/College of Science and Technology.

Nicole is also the co-founder of POWERHer, a network supporting women in the energy sector, where she plays a key role in promoting professional development and knowledge-sharing. With extensive experience in power plant management and operational efficiency, she has completed various international training programs and holds certifications in management, gender equality, and workplace conduct.
