Ndiarka Mbodji

Ndiarka Mbodji, a former Executive with Rolls-Royce Group, is Founder and CEO of Kowry Energy GmbH. During her 15-year tenure with the Rolls-Royce, she has gained extensive experience in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Engineering and Customer Business.
Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Ndiarka worked for 7 years in the automotive industry where she held several operational roles in Supply Chain management.

With over 18 years of working at senior levels in complex, global , and regulated environments, she is a resourceful professional with a track record of planning and successfully delivering operational and financial results by leading multi-disciplinary teams with a global footprint.

Ndiarka is a French National with Senegalese heritage, she holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Toulouse and is a graduate of TUCK2030 Global Leadership from Dartmouth Business School.
