Olga Vaulina

As a manager for national and international projects at the German Renewable Energy Federation, Olga Vaulina is responsible for overseeing major conferences and energy transition initiatives, ensuring their effective operational and communicative implementation.

Currently, she is in a position of a team lead at the Qualification and Training Network in Lusatia (QLEE), a project that provides companies and employees in the German lignite mining region of Lusatia with new economic prospects through specialized training in renewable energy technologies.

In her role as a project manager at the German Renewable Energy Federation, she handles the operational execution of projects, including team management and coordination.

Additionally, she brings extensive experience in strategic communication consulting and PR campaigns for both international and German institutions, as well as private industry across European countries.

Her expertise includes budget management and reporting, along with practical knowledge of project management methodologies – covering project planning, execution, controlling, and documentation – combined with team leadership and motivation skills.
