Tania Nalborczyk Leites is a Brazilian energy and innovation consultant with over 10 years of experience in clean tech strategy, industrial electrification, and regulatory frameworks in Latin America. She leads innovation and decarbonization projects in energy utilities and has contributed to strategic analyses on Virtual Power Plants (VPPs), hydrogen (H2V), and distributed energy systems. Tania is also the co-founder of Taças & Turbinas, a women-led community with over 200 professionals in the energy sector, promoting connection and visibility for women shaping the energy transition.
