Sabine Hansen

Having mainly worked in US based companies in the technology and professional services industry, a trip to the East Coast ( Yale Boston) with German supervisory boards inspired Sabine Hansen to further digitize the executive search industry and change the career imperatives for top female talent. By doing so, she has founded her own company She 4 Her Leadership Consulting in May 2019. Since then, Hansen supports firms with tailor made programs around talent acquisition, development retention and provides senior female leaders with a distinguished coaching program. Prior to that, she managed the Technology Practice and conducted a vast amount of national and international senior management searches for HiTech firms senior management IT positions. Before joining executive search, she held her first management positions with the global leader in networking software.
