Sabine Hansen is a executive search and career consultant. The 53-year-old worked at Kienbaum until 2019, but now runs her own consulting boutique, She4Her Leadership Consulting (www.she4her.de.)
Since 2017, she has been chairwoman of the board of the Women into Leadership e.V. (www.iwil.eu) initiative, which is committed to promoting women to top management on the basis of a unique cross-mentoring program.
As an investor, Sabine Hansen is involved with start-ups in the education and technology sector (www.leadershipnext.de / www.deepskill.de) and advocates for the increased importance of female finance in women’s own capital formation.
“Women Energize Women” #womenenergize is a communication initiative of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within the scope of BMWK’s global project Bilateral Climate and Energy Partnerships and Dialogues. From 2021 to 2023 the German Renewable Energy Federation (BEE) co-implemented the initiative and is currently responsible for digital communications of the campaign.
