Maryna Ilchuk

Maryna Ilchuk is a Counsel at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Ukraine,  co-founder and a Board Member of Women Energy Club of Ukraine (WECU).

Maryna advises local and international clients operating in the area of Energy, Oil&Gas on  infrastructure, energy, regulatory, state aid and environmental law.

Maryna has worked on numerous complex energy and infrastructure projects, including advising oil&gas servicing companies on their contracts with biggest state gas production company; was actively involved in work on Ukraine’s first ever full-scale production enhancement contract; took part in project on unbundling of state-owned oil&gas company Naftogaz Ukraine

Maryna has a particular focus on renewable energy projects, representing investors, target companies, EPC-contractors; taking lead on legal due diligences for purpose of projects’ acquisition.

With long-standing focus in energy industry, Maryna has advised on legislative initiatives in Ukraine’s energy market (electricity and gas market, renewables auction system, energy efficiency, biomethane, energy storages, etc.)

Maryna also has experience in energy disputes. She is admitted to the Ukrainian Bar since 2019.
