Vinayasri Nidadavolu

As a Specialist Engineer for next-generation offshore wind turbines at Siemens Gamesa, Vinayasri Nidadavolu follows up on technical performance issues, works alongside product technology to find solutions, participates in the testing and validation of new solutions and supports customer meetings.

In addition to her technical expertise, she has enthusiasm to encourage women into STEM. That’s why she is leading a year-long program internally to accelerate the development of women in their early career stage by hosting knowledge/experience sharing sessions, networking activities, and building on a new skill set. She is leading a girl’s day project together with board members to encourage young women into STEM and is working with the Dept. of School Education, the Indian government in Alumni program.

Vinayasri holds the Master’s degree in Wind Engineering from Hochschule Flensburg and pursued Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.

Meditation and yoga are part of her daily life and she doesportraits during her free time.
